Played at a Retailer You can claim up to £100, or up to £500 at their discretion, from any retailer. Amount up to £500 can also be get from a designated Post Office. Claim your prize from regional National Lottery centre, a designated post office, or by post. You may have to fill a claim form and provide ID. Call the National Lottery on 0333 234 44 33 to proceess you claim and arrange in person.

Amount over £500 and up to £50,000 must be redeemed at one of these regional lottery centers. Amount up to £500 can also be redeemed from designated National Lottery post offices or from some lottery retailers. Some of post office branches in the UK are also open on Sundays.

You can check whether your nearest branch offers lottery redemption prize or not by Royal Mail.

* Note- Lottery retailers can redeem prize amounts up to £500 but they are not required to pay above £100. If there is insufficient fund to redeem your prize then you may need to go to some other retailer or post office.
