Amount over £500 and up to £50,000 must be redeemed at one of these regional lottery centers. Amount up to £500 can also be redeemed from designated National Lottery post offices or from some lottery retailers. Some of post office branches in the UK are also open on Sundays.
You can check whether your nearest branch offers lottery redemption prize or not by Royal Mail.
* Note- Lottery retailers can redeem prize amounts up to £500 but they are not required to pay above £100. If there is insufficient fund to redeem your prize then you may need to go to some other retailer or post office.
